New paper on hybrid geostatistical-Bayesian acoustic inversion
Our co-founders Fernando Bordignon and Leandro Figueiredo recently published a paper on a hybrid method for generating realizations of acoustic impedance based on results of Bayesian Linear Inversion. The approach was considered innovative by the reviewers and is the central theme of Bordignon’s doctoral thesis.
