🟢Advanced Segmentation: A new Supervised MicroCT Segmentation module with real-time previews and the addition of the CLAHE Tool for superior image contrast.
🟢AI & Simulation: Integration of SinGAN for AI model generation and the ability to run Pore Network Model (PNM) simulations on external clusters.
🟢Enhanced Analytics: New modules for Euclidean Distance Transform (EDT), segment coordination measurements in watershed algorithms, and KDE Analysis for grouping segmenter results by depth.
🟢Improved Export & Loading: Support for NetCDF files in the MicroCT Loader and a more robust Image Log Export that supports proportions labelmaps.
